1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in Ontario.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Local Pickup & Local Delivery
- We do not offer local pickup and local delivery
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Canada (Domestic): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if applicable.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping in the 10 provinces and on orders over $200 within Canada.
4. International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping.
- Duties and Taxes: Mothersdaygiftshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged/Lost Items
- If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item.
- If your package is lost, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim with the carrier.
